Auth-Florence Mailbox products are guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material defects and workmanship but does not cover improper installation, vandalism or damage.
All other building specialty items warranties are based on the specific product sold. Residential products such as Whitehall address plaques and home accents are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale, provided said items are used according to the manufacturer's recommended usages.
Each manufacturer liability is different based on the product but is often limited to the repair of, refund of purchase price paid for, or replacement in kind of, at the manufacturer's sole option, any items proved defective, provided the allegedly defective items are returned to the manufacturer prepaid.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If this is not possible, please sign the bill of lading including the term "Subject to Inspection". This protects your rights should you discover damage upon opening the shipment. Report all damage to the freight company as soon as possible. All original packaging including outer carton and inner packaging must be retained for inspection by the freight company.
Returns (including all original packaging) will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at 1-866-486-3693 or email@example.com to request a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Returns without a RGA number will not be accepted or refunded.
Any shipping charges or damages are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is damaged upon receipt, the customer will be notified. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. BSNWLLC will not issue a refund for damaged products.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
